Bug fix: Minor display issues with Expanded WBS tab in the right pane of B.o.Q view

•Expanded WBS tab in the right pane of B.o.Q view was empty immediately after opening an estimate, if this was saved as the last open (and thus the default) view.

•Such Expanded WBS tab had wrong context menu.

Change: Comments in heading of WBS applied with all scenarios

So far, when applying a scenario, a comment was added to the WBS_Quantity column in the WBS. Now, even when you apply a scenario to another column, a comment is added to that column. Applying a scenario removes all comments from all columns to avoid confusion.

Bug Fix: When applying a scenario of a column other than WBS_Quantity didn’t update the variables

The variable SYS_Active_Scenario_Name was updated only when the scenario was applied to the native WBS_Quantity column

New: New global variable for scenarios

The new global variable SYS_Active_Scenario_Applied_To_Column tells the column ID impacted by the last “apply scenario” function.
