Bug Fix: View\Analytics\Create Data Source… “Operation is not valid for a partial merged cell.”

The error occurred when first 3 or more columns in WBS had merged header (Field name in WBS Field manager).

Bug Fix: Tools4XL Distribution wrong quantity for grouped lines

All cases are now handles so that the quantity that is fetch is the same as in QDV. Previously, grouped lines were affected with a quantity of 1 even if in QDV the quantity was 0.
