Bug fix: Incorrect merging of DB of estimate in some cases

An incorrect result could be produced when merging the databases of the estimate. If the merge action selected by the user for a set and it's sub-articles was "Import with new name", the articles were correctly imported with the new name, but their references in the set were not updated.

Bug fix: An error occurred in some rare cases during deleting the progress statement

An error could occur when the user deleted the latest version/progress statement and there were any WBS fields from expanded WBS that pointed to another progress statement.

Bug fix: ToolsForExcel – Unable to link to an estimate

An error sometimes occurs when linking the workbook to an estimate. Several controls have been added and the error has been trapped.

Bug fix: ToolsForExcel Distribution – Important change

The computations were incorrect in case of grouped lines including free columns and if the quantities of these lines are not equal to 1. In these cases, it is very important to use a unitary column. For example, one should not use COTRAIT_PVTOTAL_QENT but use instead COTRAIT_PVUNIT_QENT.
