Bug fix: QDVTools4XL Gantt – Issue when updating the free columns

In some cases, there was an issue when updating the estimate where free columns were inserted. The message was related to nested transaction and the process failed. Fixed.

New: BC3 converter added to Exe files in folder. A tool for the Spanish market

A tool named BC3_Converter.exe has been added to the installation folder. The purpose of this file is to import into QDV files having BC3 format which is a standardized format for the Spanish market.
