Bug fix: The IMinute.InsertSetAtRow inserted the set multiple times in rare cases (macros)

The IMinute.InsertSetAtRow method inserted the set multiple times, if the last parameter 'errorAction' was set to InsertSetErrorAction.Prompt, and there was an error, and the user pressed the 'Continue' or 'Continue always' button. This issue started in QDV 7.23.1077.

Bug fix: The result of the FORMULA_FOR_QUANTITY was wrong in Overhead Minute in some cases

This happened only in in Overhead Minute, not in Minutes. The FORMULA_FOR_QUANTITY was computed incorrectly, if it contained [SCENARIO_NAME] or [SCENARIO_COLUMN] variables.

Bug fix: Find database name

In some cases, searching for database name in the databases manager changed the name of the database.
