New: QDVTools4XL – Active check for configuration

At startup, there is a control for the configuration. If the configuration is incorrect, a message is shown to advert the user to run ‘AdaptForExcel32Bits.exe’ in QDV application folder.

Bug fix: QDVTools4XL – Gantt – Pane issue

In some case, the list of choices in the combo that specifies the group (Free columns, Material, etc…) was incorrectly filled and the program was raising an error. This has been fixed.
