Fix: The "Hide totals" in WBS reports caused problems in some cases

There were two problems:

1.If the WBS report profile didn't contain the WBS_Quantity field. Then applying "Hide totals > level X" caused an error.

2.For non-admin user, if the WBS_Quantity field was unavailable (e.g. hidden by admin, hidden in progress/estimate, disallowed in permissions). Then applying "Hide totals > level X" did nothing.

New: Sorted WBS now also works in the minutes view

You can now open the Sorted WBS window from the minutes without giving the focus to the WBS. So far, the Sorted WBS windows required the Expanded WBS to be activated first, otherwise it activated it automatically.

Now, you can activate the Sorted WBS window from both view (Expanded WBS and Minutes). When you’re in the expanded WBS it works as usual meaning that a click on the “Reach” button gets you to the corresponding cell in the expanded WBS. When you do that in the minutes view, it brings you to the top row of the task pointed out.

Change: when opening the Sorted WBS window, the cursor is located on the active row

So far, the first opening of the Sorted WBS window displayed the cursor on the AA26 cell. Now, the cursor is still located in column AA but the active task is focused in the window. This happens only at the time you open the window, when the window is already open and you simply expand it, the old cell is still focused.
