Improvement: Values in IMinute.SetFieldValue are validated (macros)

The values to be set to minute fields with IMinute.SetFieldValue functions are validated now. If possible, they are automatically corrected, exactly as if the values were entered manually in QDV. For example, the value of the “Unit” field is truncated to 25 characters. Or if you pass “abc” to the “Quantity” field, an exception is thrown or an error is recorded.

Bug Fix: Some PFL files didn’t open in latest beta release 7.23.1133

A bug in the report generator of the previous beta release (7.23.1133) caused report profiles to fail at loading time.
