Bug Fix: Can’t open Article and Set databases in QDV versions 7.23.1133 and 7.23.1134 located in paths starting with \\

After upgrade of SQLite in 7.23.1133 it wasn’t possible to open article and set databases located in paths starting with \\ due to overwritten configuration value. Local databases worked properly.
