Bug Fix: change in Formula_For_Quantity field

Formulas like 10[V1] are no longer accepted in Formula for Quantity field. If V1 is 25 for example, this returned 1025 which was wrong, it now returns an error (N/A).

Bug fix: An error when a quantity handling special field was set as replacement field

An error occurred when one of the quantity-handling special fields was set as replacement field in the Minutes field manager:

New: Option to use English in requests and events even if QDV language is different

The requests and events were automatically translated to the language of QDV. So in a French QDV, the requests were in French. Now there’s an option to use English instead. The code will not be localized.
