Bug Fix – N/A appeared in the minutes untimely when a set was inserted

All minute rows started to have NA values after a set from set database was inserted. The N/A in cost columns were caused by the Planner.

Bug Fix: Can’t open Article and Set databases in QDV versions 7.23.1133, 7.23.1134 and 7.23.1135 located in paths starting with \\

After upgrade of SQLite in 7.23.1133 it wasn’t possible to open article and set databases located in paths starting with \\ due to overwritten configuration value. Local databases worked properly.

New: Setup upgraded for all languages

Resources files are now installed for the following language of the UI.

QDV is now fully functional in all above languages.
