Improvement: Translate estimate

An estimate can be translated with Excel from Options – Languages. Two improvements were done in the exported Excel file.

1.Only those minute fields are listed that are visible in the fields manager. The system fields, such as "DataIsWrong" are no longer available. Such fields were just confusing for the users.

2.The minutes fields have a restriction that each Name and Parent combination must be unique. This means that you cannot have two fields with the same name under one parent. The Minutes fields sheet therefore detects such duplicates and highlights them in red.                

New: Article and Set database – Insert Field – “Visible” filter

Article and Set databases have now enabled “Visible = Show only non-inserted columns” filter at the bottom of the dialog box as in Minutes and also the Goto button can be used to go to one of visible columns in article/set manager.
