Bug fix: Changed direct formulas in WBS fields that started with "+"

This happened if the user entered a direct formula that started with + without a =, for example, "+3+2", in any numeric free WBS field (just by simply typing, not with F2 or double-click). Then the result of the formula was correctly displayed. But after Check and repaint, the value was replaced with the original formula as text. Now the formulas starting with + are handled correctly.
