Fix: Global variables with “MGT_” and “PMP_” were not imported in Import Settings

The Import Setting operation can be invoked from the Automation toolbar, or when a non-transparent child estimate is open for the first time. The user has the option to import global variables. Only the variables staring with “GLV_” were imported. The “MGT_” and “PMP_” variables were not imported. This is fixed and only “SYS_” variables are not imported now.

Fix: Some global variables were not imported from child estimate in non-transparency mode

Starting with the lates beta 7.24.1164, it is possible to import also the global variables starting with a dot from a child estimate in non-transparency mode. Some of such variables were not imported. Similarly, no such variables were imported, if the imported owner name contained a space, apostrophe or other character that was not alphanumeric or an underscore.
