Fix: Wrong total rows in WBS reports in rare cases

If the user had no permissions to see the WBS_Quantity field in the expanded WBS, then the total rows of sum fields in WBS reports could be empty (zeros).

Fix: Intuitive search was disabled for SQL Server set database

Intuitive search in Description and Reference fields was disabled for all favorite databases when a SQL Server set database was defined as favorite. This has been fixed.

Fix: The downgrade of an estimate with a large timeframe failed

An error occurred when an estimate in a 7.24 format was saved as an estimate in a format 7.23 or older. This only happened when it contained a timeframe set of fields with more columns in the overhead sheet than 256. For example, if the main period was year and the sub-period was month, then maximum number of year periods could only be 6. Otherwise, the error occurred.

Fix: An error when opening Sorted WBS

An error occurred when opening Sorted WBS window, if the user had no permission to see the Minutes tab.
