A confusing but harmless "…expected internal structure is missing…" message was displayed when an estimate was imported to QDV 7.24 format from an older format. This only happened if the estimate contained the planner, and it was last saved in French QDV.
It's now possible to import also scenarios in the Import Settings operation. The user has the option to import scenarios or not. After scenarios are imported, the active scenario from the source estimate will be applied in the target estimate automatically.
During "Move selected rows to Database of the Estimate" operation, the prompt for the article name is now pre-filled with the Reference, if any.
In the Word Documents window, the template was always removed when clicking the “remove template” button, regardless the user’s choice after the confirm message was displayed.
As you did with Word documents, you can now feed PowerPoint presentations. A sample is provided in the file Multi-Language_Sample_With_Documents.qdv (File > Samples…). You can do the followings:
•Insert content of global variables anywhere in your texts
•Feed PowerPoint table with named areas coming from the overhead workbook
•Feed PowerPoint charts with named areas coming from the overhead workbook
The new PowerPoint icon appears at the right of the Word icon in the Data tab. Menus are similar to Word menus.
