Fix: The Quick Assist didn’t work on Windows 11

The “Quick Assist for Support – Microsoft” link on the Help tab didn’t work on Windows 11.

Fix: Insertion from preferential databases didn't work well when only was database was involved

The new feature "Insert from preferential database with customer description" didn't always work when only was database was in the list of preferential databases.
