Fix: Importing  QUANTITY_FOR_EVALUATION_WBS when importing a file for parent

When importing a file for parent in non-transparent mode, when detailed lines option were selected, import also the QUANTITY_FOR_EVALUATION_WBS wbs field values, which is QEval in the formula for quantity.
