Fix: Problems with some events and requests in some languages

It was impossible to edit and execute events or requests in some rare cases. For example, the "On_Open_Set" event in a set database, if the QDV language was set to "DE" (German).

New: Can sort nomenclatures on any numeric column having a sum

This new feature is accessible via the contextual menu of the nomenclatures “Sort on current column”. You must locate the cursor in a numeric column having a sum (like Total_Cost, Total_Price… or any matching column). The nomenclatures are restored to their initial state each time they are refreshed or repainted (when you compute for instance).
