Fix: Wrong or missing values in WBS fields with formulas in specific cases

In some specific cases, the values of WBS fields could be wrong or missing. This happened to WBS field with formula, if that formula referenced another WBS field. And moreover, if there was a breakdown field (field from minutes) with multiple sub-columns between the field with the formula and the referenced field. Neither Check and repaint could fix it.

Fix: An error when creating a new task if the selected task didn’t follow the numbering rules

It was impossible to create a new WBS task because of the inconsistency between current task’s label and the numbering rules.
