Change - Multi-language on native field for databases

When opening article/set database, if it isn't localized to current language, it is localized, only in memory, not stored. Before the article/set database was displayed always in the same Qdv language it was created in.

New: Extend merge estimate function

Highlighting matching tasks when selecting which field must be used for the match or when selecting a task in both estimates. Added new button/function called ‘Copy overhead minute’ - will copy and replace the content of the source file into the destination file. The button will be disable if at least one of the sources or the destination file does not have this feature activated. Copy also corresponding database of the estimate of the copied task if they don’t exist. Source and destination files must have this feature activated.

New: Evolutions on build contract database

Added new option named <Add SP / Cost separator> at the end of the Settings IDIQ contract database dialog - adds a virtual article ‘Cost breakdown’ in second position (right after the article representing the set).

When creating the sets database meaning a path is defined in <Sets database> section of Build Contract database menu form, we don’t recreate the set when they already exist in an external database, instead we be point to the external database now.

Added the Description field to the list of the derogation fields.

Change: Read identity parameters from the template in converter

Articles Converter – ‘Select Template’ – sets now also settings Identify - Using Reference Only, Tree based on, Hide code in tree from the template.

Bug Fix: "Normal font" option in conditional formatting is never saved

In ‘Format Cells’ dialog, Font tab, checking ‘Normal font’ changes the font to default Calibri (fallback Arial), size 11.

Bug fix: QDVTools4XL Distribution – Grouping similar lines

Grouping similar lines in phase 1 produced incorrect quantities because of the WBS quantities. Instead of multiplying each quantity by the WBS quantity of the line, the sum of the individual quantities was multiplied by the first WBS quantity. The computation is now correct.
