New: The visible area of projects/filters/balance view defined by Excel name PM_VisibleArea_... ’s range

The visible area of projects/filters/balance view was defined by <LAST_ROW> and <LAST_COLUMN> markers. In addition now it can be set by workbook's defined names in Excel: PM_VisibleArea_Projects, PM_VisibleArea_Filters, PM_VisibleArea_Balance (not case sensitive) which range defines the visible area in ProMo+. If these Excel names aren’t defined, <LAST_ROW> and <LAST_COLUMN> are used so no change needed for current Templates.
