Fix: Global variables in WBS field name or sub-header were ignored

The WBS field name and sub-header may contain formulas, and these formulas may contain global variables. They were only resolved if these global variables were also used in some Formula of any WBS field. So, if a WBS field name was defined as "=GLV_var1" and no WBS field contained the GLV_var1 in its formula or conditional formula, the field name was not displayed correctly.

Fix: Wrong default currency or kind ID in overhead in some rare cases

There was a warning about invalid default value for the currency or workforce/material or list ID in the overhead. This happened if a custom cell number format in the ID column in the overhead currency/workforce/material/list sheets displayed some extra space characters.

Fix: Some commands led to an error

When the user executed some actions from the main toolbar, for example: Format cells, Autofit column width, etc., then an error occurred. But this only happened if the "Automatic calculation of selling prices when editing minutes or the WBS" calculation option was activated in the estimate. And only if the user previously performed one of the following operations in the Overhead workbook view: check and repaint, change the user profile, create a new version/progress, load settings, force all selling prices and several others.

Improvement: Reference auto-complete is no longer possible on task header rows in Minutes

The reference auto-complete (e.g. in Description column) is no longer possible on task header rows in Minutes tab. It has no meaning there.

Fix: Some operations not available in WBS fields manager

In the WBS fields manager, when the active cell was Column ID or Mnemonic of a special field (a green one), the Delete field operation was disabled.

Fix: Date picker control in overhead was not displayed in some cases
