Improvement: Highly optimized import of child estimates with unique fields

When a parent or child estimate was too large (with several thousands of minute lines), and it contained unique fields, the import could take quite a long time. Especially when the user selected the “Take unique fields from the parent estimate if they exist, otherwise take them from the child estimate” option. The time before could be even several minutes, now it just tens of seconds.

Fix: Paste name and write variable didn't work in 1197

In previous beta version 1197, the functions "Paste Name" and "Write variable" failed and opening time.
