Bug fix: Editing owner in planner tab

When editing the owner in the planner tab, it was possible to enter a value which did not correspond to one of the drop down list. In a child estimate, this possibly could not be undone, because one was no longer the owner of this row.

The behavior is changed now, so that only values belonging the drop down list can be entered.
