Bug fix: Greyed menus in converter and management modules

In last beta, all menus were greyed in converter and management modules.

Bug fix: Wrong values in WBS reports

When having WBS oriented return fields from WBS sheet in overhead or WBS oriented lists and these values appear in WBS reports and “By Total” is set for a certain minute in the WBS, then the value in the WBS report was wrong (it was wrongly divided by the quantity of that minute)
