Bug fix: Wrong formatted breakdown sheets in overhead

In the overhead when having a list which is broken down over multiple worksheets, then when editing the master sheet, the breakdown sheets are not always adapted accordingly.
More particular, the outline might be wrong, which is leading to bad filling of the values in the sheet. Also the hiding/showing of the rows could be wrong.
