Bug fix: Line Selling Price (Grouped) is wrong

When the grouped line selling price is shown in the expanded WBS or in a WBS report then this price could be wrong when the database of the estimate is used in combination with grouping of lines in the minutes.

In a WBS + detail report, when group contents are shown, then the grouped line selling price was missing on the first row of a group when this group came from the database of the estimate.

New: QDV Starts faster when deployed with Click-Once

To ensure integrity of files, a deployment with Click-Once ensures each time QDV is started that files being on the computer match files being on the server. This integrity check takes long (3 to 10 seconds) depending on the computer.

This was the reason why QDV took time to start. Now the integrity check is given to another thread (another core in the processor) meaning that you can keep working while the integrity check is running.

Of course, because you may have opened an estimate when the check ends, QDV may ask you to close your estimate if an update is required.

With this change, you should see a gain of 3 to 10 seconds at startup when deployed with click-once. The security is not altered in any manner because the integrity check is always carried out, for every session.
