New: Export database of the estimate to BIMetre

The database of the estimate can be exported to BIMetre format.

Just go to the Database tab and Parter Applications/BIMetre...

You can also export the costs per units to the BIMetre file.

New: C++ Redistribuable installed via click-once

SQLite (the database engine used by QDV) requires components named Visual C++ Redistribuable 2013. This package is not always installed on new machines, particularly with the most recent Windows Server versions.

The setup program installs this package automatically but click-once and online updates didn't. Now it gets installed in both modes.

However, the old on-line installer is not able to install this package so, at the first update through click once it won't be installed. The second installation will install it.
