Bug fix: Black view in nomenclatures

Following recent changes (3 weeks ago), with the support for SQL Server, nomenclatures appeared totally black sometimes.

New: Error in report type "Nomenclatures"

Changes brought in recent beta 7.20.796 lead to an error in regular "nomenclatures" reports..
