New: Added ability to edit macros in Visual Studio 2022

The QDV VSIX extension has been updated and it also supports VS 2022 now.

Bug fix: An error occurred when a WBS field from minutes was modified in the Fields manager.

When the user edited an existing WBS field from minutes (without adding a new sub-column) an error occurred. The issue was introduced in QDV 7.21.913 beta.

Change: Download of updates and Click-Once optimized

The download of the application and its updates should be significantly faster, whatever the speed of the network because we now use parallel download allowing up to 250 files downloaded simultaneously.
