Bug Fix: Missing libraries

Due to a new version of a major component (DevExpress), some libraries were missing in the previous beta leading to crashes. E.g.: when attempting to map fields in the estimate converter.

New: es.ImportWBSAndMinuteContent dubbed to import WBS content only

It can be useful to import the WBS content only from a foreign estimate. So far, we exposed only es.ImportWBSAndMinuteContent() but now you can also invoke es.ImportWBSContentOnly() to get the full WBS with empty minutes.
