Bug fix: WBS to BOQ distribution displayed wrongly nested tasks

In some cases, in  the window allowing the WBS to BOQ distribution, the depth of WBS nested branches or tasks was wrong.

New: “Copy first row from WBS” takes into account QEval and QWbs.

So far, when you copied the first row of the WBS to a minute row using the Copy first row from WBS function (CTRL+R), the quantity you got into the minute always reflected the native quantity of the WBS.

Now, when you have the Formula_For_Qantity field implemented along with the Quantity_For_Evaluation field the column Formula_for_Quantity is automatically fed with [QEval].

If, in the options window (Editing tab) you decide to use QWbs instead of QEval, you get [QWbs] in the Formula_For_quantity field when you hit CTRL+R.
