Change: Behavior of new flag 'Group when imported in minutes'

We recently added a flag to databases of sets named 'Group when imported in minutes'. When this flag is set, all sets from this database gets grouped when they are imported in minutes from the sets manager. This worked so far like the main flag set at the level of the estimate worked: this created a group which includes all imported rows.

Now this flag offers a more accurate behavior: let's say you have a parent database where this flag is not set and a set in this database calls sets being in a database where this flag is set. When you import the parent set, only the child sets will get grouped in the minute.
